Here is a video on how to invite your customers to use an static link to leave you a review.  With this solution you can prevent low star reviews from being added to your Google My Business Account. 

Here are the following steps:

• Login to your Local SEO Personal SEO Dashboard
• Select your location from the dropdown (if needed) 
• Click on Reviews
• Click on Acquire Reviews (under Quick Actions)
• Click on Select on the Review Page via a static URL
• Complete each step
• Copy the URL provide
• Place the URL on your website, email signature, social media (where ever you want)
